Allee’s style is casual and classic with a mix of transitional and traditional pieces. She believes in blending styles to give a space a personalized feel. Colors, soft fabrics, and bright artwork can be found all over Allee’s home.

How does billing work?

We bill by the hour for all time spent on a project. This includes all design consulting, shopping, sourcing, specifying, travel, workroom pick-ups & deliveries, site visits, vendor meetings, and installations. Shipping, deliveries, and installations will be billed to the client. We also bill for all materials that we order. You can pay with cash, credit card, PayPal/Venmo, or check made out to Allee Bramhall Designs. For all credit card transactions, there will be a 4% charge added to the total invoice. Where do you shop? And do I get discounted Pricing?

We shop all over for pieces for your home. Items may come from local retail stores, online, antique & vintage shops, and from our own inventory. We try to pass along as much discounted pricing as possible to our clients. We will often show you our price versus retail, so that you can see the benefits of using Allee Bramhall Designs.

Do you allow returns on items purchased through Allee Bramhall Designs?

We do not offer returns on items. Most pieces that we order are customized for our clients and, therefore, cannot be returned.

Who makes your pillows & drapes? Who installs wallpaper?

We have select vendors whom we like to use to make our custom window treatments, pillows, and other soft goods. We also have vendors for custom upholstery, wallpaper installations, and hardware and lighting installations.

What items are ordered through Allee Bramhall designs?

We have accounts with most fabric/wallcovering vendors, and it is our policy that you order all fabrics and wallpapers through us. We have several other to-the-trade accounts, including lighting, furniture, and accessories, and are happy to order items for all aspects of your project.

How are items delivered to me that are ordered through allee bramhall designs?

The majority of our lighting and furniture accounts will only ship to a receiver. Once items arrive to our receiver, we will schedule an installation of the item(s) with you at the earliest convenient time. Most fabrics and soft goods will ship to Allee Bramhall Designs, and we will bring them to you after fabrication (pillows/drapes/bedding).
