Full Service Design
Allee Bramhall Designs works directly with clients to develop a beautiful and functional design plan. We work closely with architects, builders, and contractors to ensure a successful design. Whether it is new construction, a renovation, or an update, we love to be fully involved in the overall design concept for your home.
Our typical process begins with an initial design meeting to establish a plan for your home. We will focus on the scope of work, goals for the space, and any client preferences. After our meeting, we will begin pulling together plumbing, finish selections, paint, fabrics, furniture, and lighting. We will also begin space planning, developing furniture floor plans, and editing any architectural details. Then, we will schedule a presentation with the client to go over our preliminary selections. After making any necessary revisions, we will have a follow-up meeting to present final selections, finish schedules, design mood boards, and pricing.
Upon client approval, orders will be placed and installations set up. We will implement the full design plan and be in frequent communication with our vendors to ensure all of the selections are in place and that the client is pleased. We hope to make this process less stressful for clients and to help home visions come to reality!
Our full-service design clients will be billed at our hourly rate. Please contact us to get started and set up a consultation.
E Design
Allee Bramhall Designs is offering E Design as an affordable option to a comprehensive design plan for an entire room. Our virtual design plan will offer a complete room proposal that includes a digital design board, wall coverings, paint, furniture floor plan, lighting, and furniture selections. All pieces will be available to purchase on your own or through Allee Bramhall Designs. We will include any paint and fabric samples and a full shopping list. E Design is a less involved process, but allows for a full design plan, so you can confidently shop and pull together your space at your own pace.
All communication will take place through email with the exception of an initial phone call or virtual meeting. The packages include one revision.
E Design Packages
Small Space – under 75 sq. ft. (I.e., powder room/foyer) : $800
Modest Space – 76-250 sq. ft. (I.e., bedroom/home office) : $1500
Large Space – 251-350 sq. ft. (I.e., master bedroom/dining room) : $2000
Grand Space – 351-550 sq. ft. (I.e., great room/living room) : $2500
*If your space exceeds these square footages, please contact us for a custom quote.
*Please note that kitchens and bathrooms will be conceptual only. If you need full design on a kitchen or bathroom, please contact us about our Full Service Design.
To get Started
Complete our new client questionnaire so we can learn more about your project.
Take measurements of your room. (Please follow our measuring guide.)
Take well-lit photos of your room. (Be sure to include photos of all walls.)
Take photos and measurements of any existing furniture pieces that you want to incorporate.
Send us the required information, and we will send you our letter of agreement and invoice.
Once we receive full payment, we will begin working on your project!
E Design Details
Full payment is due within 7 days of invoice receipt.
You will receive your E Design plan within 3-4 weeks. (We will let you know if there is a delay.)
We may need additional information about your space, and we will reach out via email to ask for clarification or other details.
All orders of soft goods through Allee Bramhall Designs are custom and, therefore, can take 6-8 weeks for completion and delivery. Please understand that sometimes fabrics and trims are out of stock and can delay this timeline.
Additional revisions will be billed at $75 each.
